This unique neighborhood corner in Salt Lake City was home for years to a local service station and the Heritage Dry Cleaners. When the families of both businesses decided to close operations, J Development approached the owners on how to improve and re-develop the site.
Both J Development and the land owners partnered to complete the new 27 Nine Lofts multifamily community, located on the corner of 2700 South and 900 East in Salt Lake City. This project provides 32 luxury for-rent luxury apartment units and a ground commercial suite for lease.
This land partnership was a win for both groups involved while improving this historic neighborhood corner and providing homes for the next generation.
